BEYONCE The Visual Album! Xx

So Beyonce's new Visual Album is out,
and we have had a listen over the weekend.
What a mix as usual from Queen B - or should we say 'Yonce'.
And what a great concept to
totally embrace the ever-evolving digital age by creating
this innovative, fully immersive experience.
Like she says as she talks about her self titled Album in the film below,
it's been a long time I've listened to (and the first time I've watched)
an Album in its entirety.
I have done with this, and it needs to be done - turned up loud
and played simultaneously of course on the big screen or multiple screens even.
Here is one Special Yonce World - enjoy! Xx

Our Favourites are her 'Ruffer' side
and more upbeat side
- Flawless, Superpower, Yonce, Blow, Drunk in Love
Grown Woman and No Angel
She looks totally beautiful throughout with some great collaborations
with Blue Ivy, Jay Z, Frank Ocean, Drake,
Chimamanda Ngozi Adiche.
Michelle Williams Kelly Rowland and Pharrell star in Superpower,
Jourdan Dunn, Joan Smalls and Chanel Iman in Yonce,
Harvey Keitel in Pretty Hurts; and Solange Knowles in Blow and Grown Woman

“I just want to give my album to the people I love and respect and hope
that they feel the same thing I felt when I made the music,” said Beyoncé.

Beyonce is  Writer, Producer and Director of many of the Films
and put together a genius team of artists, songwriters, producers and video directors
for her visual album that include JAY Z, Timbaland,
Justin Timberlake, Pharrell Williams, Drake, The Dream, Sia,
Ryan Tedder, Miguel, Frank Ocean, Hit Boy,
Ammo, Boots, Detail, Jake Nava, Hype Williams,
Terry Richardson, Melina Matsoukas, Jonas Åkerlund,
Ricky Saiz, Pierre Debusschere, @lilinternet, Noah “40” Shebib,
Francesco Carrozzini, Caroline Polachek,
Ed Burke, Bill Kirstein and Todd Tourso.

She recorded all over the world for a year and a half
but it all started at the Hamptons New York,
when the writers and producers lived and worked together
in the Summer of 2012 for the preliminary immersive experience.

According to Huffington Post - Beyonce took a big risk in dropping her self-titled album on iTunes late last week without any pre-release promotion, and it's clear the bold move paid off. The singer's camp tells The Huffington Post that "Beyoncé" sold 828,773 copies over the weekend, more impressive as it was an iTunes exclusive for that period.
It is the highest amount of sales for a woman since Taylor Swift's "Red" sold 1.2 million copies in November 2012. The final first-week figure will also be Beyonce's personal best, topping 2006's "B'day," which sold 541,000 in its first week. "Beyoncé" went No. 1 in 104 countries. The 14-track album (which comes with 17 videos) is only available as a single £12.99 purchase - songs are not available for individual purchase until Dec. 20.
