Penelope Cruz In Campari Calendar 2013 ! Xx



Campari® has
officially unveiled Penelope Cruz as the star 
of the 2013 Campari Calendar, 
shot by Paris-based fashion photographer, 
Kristian Schuller

Here are some shots from the set:




 The beautiful Spanish Oscar winning actress 
takes the lead in the 2013 edition 
making her the 14th star to feature in the world renowned Calendar.
Penelope, who was the first Spanish actress in history 
to receive an Academy Award, 
is following in the footsteps of 
some of the world’s most elegant women 
who have adorned the pages of previous Campari Calendars, 
including, Salma Hayek, Eva Mendes, 
Jessica Alba and Milla Jovovich. 
  



The Spanish beauty, has previously starred in movies such 
as ‘Vicky Cristina Barcelona’, ‘Volver‘Pirates of the Carribean’ 
and ‘Non ti Muovere’.

On starring in the 2013 Campari Calendar, 
Penelope Cruz comments: 
The Campari Calendar consistently works with 
talented and creative teams and photographers 
to produce world-class imagery. 
I have really enjoyed working in this project for one of the world’s 
most iconic brands, particularly with such an amazing
 history attached to it. I really feel that 
Campari fans across the globe will love the 
imagery when they see the finished Calendar, 
the theme in itself is intense, captivating and chic.”

Paris-based Kristian began his career studying 
fashion design with Vivienne Westwood and 
photography with F.C. Gundlach at the 
University of Fine Arts Berlin. 
Having focused on photography as his chosen path, 
Kristian continued to go from strength to strength
 with his work having been included in a wealth 
of fashion magazines such as; Vogue Hellas, 
Harper’s Bazaar and GQ.  
His first book, ‘90 Days, One Dream’, 
was published in 2010 winning the 
Deutscher Fotobuchpreis Silver Medal in 2011.

On his shooting of the 2013 Campari Calendar, 
Kristian Schuller comments: 
Photographing the 2013 Campari Calendar is 
simply incredible and a totally unique challenge. 
Campari has a history of creating powerful 
and visually-stunning imagery,
 both in its advertising campaigns and the Calendar.  
My intention was to continue this story of success 
by pushing the boundaries even further
 which I feel we have achieved.
 It is magnificent to work with someone as talented as Penelope, 
who truly embodied the theme for the 
latest edition of the Calendar by bringing 
her flair and versatility to the set.”

Women in Marketing Awards (entries deadline 6th September 2012)! Xx



So it is that time of year to get your 
Entries in for the Women in Marketing Awards



Now in their third year, the next Women in Marketing Awards 
ceremony will be held at Altitude 360 London 
on 7 November 2012.

The WIMA's are primarily open to London 
and the Greater London Region business.

This Year Women in Marketing would particularly welcome 
entries from the retail,fashion and beauty worlds.


The deadline for entries is the 6th September 2012


so get your entries in as soon as possible!



The Women in Marketing Conferences began in 2004. 
The essence of Women in Marketing is to educate,
 inspire, network and have fun.
 After five years of annual events, the Women in Marketing Awards 
seemed to be the next logical step.
So Ade Onilude launched these in 2010 to coincide with the 
100th year of International Women’s Day.

I first met Ade Onilude at a Harpers Bazaar Event at Browns
South Molton Street when 
Harper’s Bazaar in partnership with 
London fashion boutique Browns, 
 launched its third annual T-shirt project on 12 March with a 
Champagne Reception at Browns in South Molton Street W1.

Six top French fashion designers were all involved 
 to raise money and awareness
 for Women for Women International, 
a charity helping women whose lives have been ravaged by war.

Chloé’s Clare Waight Keller, Martine Sitbon of Rue du Mail, 
Isabel Marant, Vanessa Bruno, 
Nathalie Rykiel, president and artistic director of Sonia Rykiel, 
and Agnes B all designed their very own T Shirts 




I also went to the Women in Marketing Conference in
March at the Panoramic which was a fabulous event.

Ade Onilude is a truly inspiring woman 
and says the the Women in Marketing Awards that she has created 
pay homage to her late mother who she lost at a young age. 
Her mother was a true visionary who knew no boundaries. 
Ade's father and brother supported and encouraged her totally
to ‘reach for the stars’, so she in turn has created an environment
within WIM that does the same.
Ade says she been inspired by her work environment at Swarovski 
where she has been honoured to meet true visionaries and innovators.

Ade of course has been inspired by the amazing women 
she's met since conception of the 
Women in Marketing Conference in 2004, 
and from the team who represent the various branches of
 the Greater London Region, to the speakers and 
distinguished guests WIM has had over the years.
Her greatest inspiration has been the attendees –
some who have become friends, so launching the awards is for them.

Submissions of entries for the 3rd Annual Women 
in Marketing (WIM) Awards are now open!

Run by the Greater London Region (GLR) 
of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), 
the WIM Awards celebrates the achievements 
of women in the marketing profession

Altitude 360 London venue on the 7th November.

The WIM Awards has grown in recognition 
since its creation in 2010 by Ade Onilude,

 In the entries that come in, I’m looking for:
  • Originality
  • Demonstrable results – data and metric
  • Creative execution and tell me, 
  • what did you do that was different, and what impact did you deliver?
What are your three top tips that you’d offer to candidates entering?

You need to:
  • Show me why what you did was different?
  • Show me the results – data and metrics are really important
  • Don’t use too many words – remember that a judge is reading a lot of entries.
How can entrants make their application stand out to the judges?

Keep it concise.  
If possible use tools that bring your entry to life.  
But don’t expect me to visit four different 
destinations to get a full understanding of your entry.

So start putting your entries together 
and we look forward to receiving them.
