Dolce & Gabbana Glam Look Liquid Liner! Xx

To match the Sicilian Baroque looks on the
 Dolce and Gabbana AW12/13 Catwalk
Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana have
created a new series of liquid eyeliners,
available exclusively at Harrods.
There are eight opulent and extremely rich

shades that are meant to enhance
the sensuality and femininity of every woman.

Scarlett Johansson once again with her
unparalleled beauty and her enigmatic eyes
becomes the focal point for the look.

“Scarlett was very much at the front of our minds
when we created the collection,”
says Stefano Gabbana. “She has such enormous magnetism
and her eyes are full of intensity.
The liquid eyeliner in Black Intense adds to her air of mystery
and draws attention to her iconic beauty, and its deep,
intense pigment is breathtakingly beautiful set against
her incredible green eyes.”

“This is a perfect hint of glamour that brings to life
the essence of Sicilian Baroque, which Scarlett effortlessly
embodies,” adds Domenico Dolce.

The first liquid liner of its kind to be added
to the Dolce and Gabbana Make Up line,
has a waterproof technology which prevents
movement of smudging
for a virtually immaculate lustrous
finish reminiscent of silken thread.

Application tips:

World renowned make up artist and Creative Advisor
to Dolce and Gabbana Make Up,
Pat McGrath remarks on the
Glam Look’ liquid eyeliner shades:

“We’re all familiar with the classic feline eye synonymous
with sixties fashion,” says Pat McGrath,
“but there is nothing retro about this look;
it’s all about modernity. It’s a great way to instantly update
your make-up; the glam liner adds a little fantasy
to the look we know and love but loses none of the sexiness of a
perfectly executed cat’s eye.”

“Some like to confine a metallic shade to the evening,
and I admit, I’m the biggest fan of a classic black dress and a
touch of shimmer on the eyes.
But for day it can be stunning too,
and it’s especially impressive that it’s waterproof
as it will last throughout the day;
keep the line thin and pare down the rest of your make up.
Finish with one coat
of mascara.”

For a perfect line, draw short strokes close to the lashes,
starting off with a small amount of colour and repeating the
process until you get the width you require.
Thicken the line to add depth and texture for a more dramatic finish.

Glam Look Liquid Liners

For Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana
this is another way to underline their love
for Italian beauty and heritage, their love for women.

The Glam Look collection is that extra
detail that turns the ordinary into the extraordinary.

Baroque Gold, Baroque Silver and Baroque Bronze
- metallic colours conveying opulence, glamour and style,
are effortlessly interpreted into a modern take on a classic
feline eye so loved by iconic Italian cinema starlets.

Lavish liquid arcs in black intense, deep earthy brown,
striking wild green, dahlia, and peacock blue
complete the intensity of the baroque palette for
a truly contemporary look full of impeccable mediteranean drama.
