When they are all together you can see a portrait
of feminity as Patricia Clarkson describes
Massy Tadjedin the Director herself in the behind the Scenes film:
'Delicious, Divine - incredibly intuitive,
feminine and confident - all the things that great women are.'

The Miu Miu Women’s Tales unveiled during the 69th edition
of the Mostra Internazionale d'Arte Cinematografica in Venice
was only the beginning of a new course which has reinforced
the link between cinema and Miu Miu.

Massy Tadjedin (above) says that she has enjoyed making
the film with the 5 women, who
are not only beautiful, but she has
liked their work for a long time and they
all have very different sensibilities and a different look.

Patricia Clarkson comments that women are most feminine when
confidence and intelligence are present.
She says that it is not only strength that is most beautiful,
but vulnerability which is so incredibly potent about a woman.

Zola Jesus aka Nika Roza Danilova says
she never wants to try to be delicate or precious
because people expect her to be that as a woman.
She would rather put forward her aggressive and
anarchic spirit.

Until next time J Xx
