Les Essentiels de Chanel at Harrods! Xx

So we are loving the new Fall 2012 Chanel Make up Collection
'Les Essentiels de Chanel'
so much, we tried another look at Harrods.
You can book for a makeover at anytime
for a £25 booking fee.

Sydney at the Chanel Make up Counter
in the Whitehall (0207 730 1234 (ext 2788),
designed a gorgeous look using 4 Ombres in Premier Regard,
Waterproof Eyeliner in Intense Black and Silver light,
the incredible highlighting powder
Lumiere D'Artifices Beiges Highlighting Powder,
the new Blush Rose Initiale,
and Rouge Coco Shine in 74 Parfait.

First of all Sydney used the fabulous Hydramax Serum
which is literally like a drink of water for the skin,
followed by Hydramax Beauty Cream.
Then the Sublimage Eye Cream.

Sydney applied le Blanc de Chanel as a base with a brush
then vitalumiere Aqua in B40 with her fingertips
(better with this water based foundation),
and lift lumiere with a small brush
from the inner corner of the eyes,
under and around to the outside edge
blending all the way along.
Then finally to set everything Sydney dusted some
loose powder all over the top in 30.

For my eyes Sydney used le 4 Ombres Chanel
in Premier Regard

The pale pink is brushed all over the lid and socket,
then the dark taupe in the outer socket lid
and under the eyes,
and the black used as liner
with the Waterproof liner in intense black.
The golden colour from Premier Regard,
Sydney applied with her finger to the middle
of my eyelids for a highlighting effect.

Waterproof Eyeliner in Silver Light is
used on the inner corner of the eyes.

Mascara is Inimitable Intense in Black
She used brow pencil in 40

The paler stripe of Lumiere d'Artifices Beiges
is used as a shimmer highlighter on the nose,
brow bones and cheekbones,
and then brushed together
all over as a shimmer powder.
62 Terre Epice as bronzer

Rose Initiale Blush is used on
just the apples of the cheeks.

As the eyes are dramatic Sydney chose
to keep the lips simple and light.
Here they are Rouge Coco Shine in 74 Parfait
outlined in 25 Pink Sugar Lip pencil.

  1. That's a nice look, love the eye and lip colour. I'll try my best to not buy coco shine parfait tomorrow! :) and how gorgeous is the sequinned look highlighter!
