June 27th2012 - Blake Lively, the face of the 
new Gucci Première women’s fragrance, 
wore a Gucci one of a kind dress to the premiere of “Savages” 
in New York at the SVA Theater. 
The pale yellow, pleated silk georgette, halter neck gown, 
featured an open back and a gathered sash waist.

The concept of this striking new fragrance takes its inspiration 
from the Gucci Première couture collection 
that debuted at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival. 
These luxurious evening gowns are created 
for the world’s most captivating Hollywood stars:
 Salma Hayek, Jessica Alba, Cameron Diaz, Naomi Watts, Kate Beckinsale, 
Camilla Belle, Hilary Swank, Berenice Bejo and Li Bing Bing.

Gucci Première celebrates the star in every woman.

Frida Giannini said: ‘For such a successful woman, 
something equally remarkable was required. 
Gucci Première is womanly, intriguing and as seductive as the perfect couture gown.’ 

The box has the brands interlocked GG 
that is one of the worlds most famous motifs, 
as well as the script of the founder Guccio Gucci. 
 It also has Gucci's trademark striped webbing - 
gold on gold reminding us of the glamour of the red carpet.

The bottle has the feel of a coveted prize much like an Oscar. 
 Around the neck of the gold flacon is a medal with the house's iconic horse bit.  
The cap has the signature 'Gucci Premiere'

The scent itself has top notes of bergamot and orange blossom, 
heart notes of white flowers and musk 
and base notes of leather and wood.

The fragrance has all the luxury and exuberance of a vintage champagne
Gucci Premiere encapsulates Absolute Glamour

The print campaign for the new fragrance was shot by Mert and Marcus,
and the commercial is directed by Nicolas Winding Refn, 
awarded best director for the thriller Drive at the Cannes Film Festival 2011.

  The short film will be presented at a special event during the 
Venice Film Festival on September 1st, 2012, at 8.00 pm CET. 

Lively joins Evan Rachel Wood, Chris Evans and James Franco

 in representing Gucci's fragrances.

Gucci Première will be launched exclusively in 
Selfridges on 5th July, 
Harrods on 11th July and nationwide from 25th July 2012.
