Dior Versailles Secret Garden Film! Xx

On May 3rd a new film by Ines van Iamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin,

to a soundtrack of Depeche Mode 'Enjoy the Silence' 

explores the universe and AW 12 collection 

of Dior in a Deserted Versailles.

Daria Strokous runs through the 

Galerie des Glaces, other rooms of the Palace, tree lined paths and parkland

a la français with other models Melissa Stasiuk and Xiao WenJu.

The four reigns of Louis XIII to the Sun King Louis XVI 

saw much splendour at Versailles, and the Chateau symbolises 

the sheer good taste of France.

 French Luxury traces its Origins back to Versailles.

Dior revived Luxury in 1947 after the years of war enforced war privation.

The Fashion Show celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the House of Dior

took place at the Orangerie of this Chateau.

Jean Jacques Arnaud filmed J'Adore with Charlize Theron in Versailles
