showing Alice on her way to the Couture Show
Alice just looks so good.
The film shows her travelling from London to the Hotel de Crillon
in Paris to change from distressed jeans, black and white star top
and Chanel biker jacket
to black lace and fuschia satin balconette bra,
Chanel black lace fitted top,
softest black silk long skirt, wedge ankle strap shoes, Chanel smoky eye make up,
her own personal rock jewellery
and of course Boy Bag for the the show.
In both she is just effortlessly stylishly perfectly CHANEL
the Campaign will be launched in March 2012
and we can't wait ...
Alice Dellal is the face of the Boy Bag
Named after 'Boy' Capel, 'Coco' Chanel's biggest love.
Boy Capel and Coco Chanel
Arthur ‘Boy’ Capel CBE, an English polo player and wealthy business man
financed and supported
Gabrielle 'Coco' Chanel's millinery shop in Paris
and helped her truly express who she was,
and achieve her dreams.
In 1913, just before WWI broke out, Boy Capel financed her shop
in Deauville and later in Biarritz.
in Deauville and later in Biarritz.
There she sold hats but also jersey cardigans, knitwear and blouses.
Her masculine classic suit designs were inspired by his blazers.
Capel was killed in an auto accident on 21 December 1919,
which totally devastated Chanel.

In his daughter’s obituary, Capel was described as
“an intellectual, politician, tycoon, polo-player
and the dashing lover and sponsor of the fashion designer Coco Chanel.”
'Me and my Boy' brings
Coco and Boy back together
We will all want a Chanel Boy bag ...
Until next time
